E Pluribus Unum

Much of the wisdom of our ancestors is gone. We replaced it with a modern approach that often is not helpful at all. E pluribus unum is one of those old wise sayings: Of many one.
A few days ago I drove back from Denver and on my way I saw a big board saying that we have to heal together. I thought that this sounded like a great idea. Then I thought, but who is going to heal us? Are we going to be a doctor for ourselves? So far this doesn't work. So maybe to heal means to follow the liberal view because according to them this is the only right way.
Lent is a time of healing, but we are not the doctors that heal. It is God that can heal a human heart. The only way to be healed by Him is to turn towards Him and ask for mercy. To heal means to return to God. There is no other way and everyone who is looking for different solutions is only blinded by Satan.
Lent actually shows us that true unity with the omnipotent God is only possible by a life built on the truth. It is very unfortunate that the people directing this country prefer following a lie. But they will have to answer to God. Our work is to bring ourselves to our Savior and to look for unity with Him. There are many of us, but there is only one Savior. There are many ways, but there is only one gate to the Father - Jesus Christ.
Today I am encouraging you to look at Jesus Christ and ask Him to be healed from the lies of the world. Only He can make us free from the attachments that mislead us and corrupt our soul. This healing happens at the feet of Jesus' cross. This is the place where we have to put our pride and leave it. So, let's drop the advice of the world and follow the cure that comes from God Himself.
Amen!
We are born into this world believing in everything that it presents to us. We live in a fake world belief, that it has all the truth and pleasures of flesh, TV, money, food, awards of self glorification! And we believe in this fake media, personal life hype and have been all our life. We are always seeking for the enjoyments of the flesh and stimulus of life! As thou we are asleep in a world of our own doing.
As a Catholic Christian convert, I must confess that this is the Only True Way to our Beloved Lord Jesus Christ, Amen!
Yes and a huge AMEN to this, Fr.! it is blatantly obvious that the ways of the world lead only to perdition. We need to put our heads down ( my Polish dad used to tell me to " put your head down and just do it") and walk the way of holiness to the Holy Cross and then as we hang on it to trust in His salvific Resurrection...it is a rough moment to moment journey which I ( we all) attest to...we are an EASTER people and our song is the " A-WORD"...YES AND AMEN!!
