The Hypocrisy of Our Time

I believe never before have we talked so much about tolerance, human rights, equality, social support as we talk now. What amazes me the most is that at the same time we've never had such poor relationships, family unity, trouble loving another person. It is like we are in some kind of internal contradiction. Yes, we have to tolerate, but only the chosen people, the ones who fit into their prepared model. We have human rights, but only according to the big liberal business companies' standards. We have equality, but it is only for those following the politically correct agenda. On top of it all there is the unfortunate social support that actually discourages people to work. None of these things actually follow any of the Works of Mercy. Under the wonderful ideas are hidden very dark desires of power.
Just April 16 this year Facebook and Instagram blocked sharing of a NY Post report on Black Life Matter Co-Founder's multi-million dollar property purchases. Apparently the need for equality depends on how much money you can get from it. This is only one example and I bet you could give me many more. The truth is that neither of those big slogans has anything to do with making this place better. Those words became so empty. This is the hypocrisy of our time and this hypocrisy is taught in our schools, colleges, etc.
Every hypocrisy turns sooner or later into madness. Because nothing is what it says, words express only empty ideas. The only way to stop it is to clear our language of empty words. I said it so many times. There is only one word that describes our relationship with others. It is "love." Love is not babysitting anybody. It actually demands from us an honest action that sometimes is painful. Love knows when to say "yes" and when to say "no." It builds the boundaries that protects each person. It gives emotional maturity. All those empty words of our time try to replace this one word. You wonder why? Because God is love and this world doesn't want God. So, let's drop this new modern language and use the true words with true meaning. Let's teach children to use the words that truly will express their thoughts. Let's talk to each other using the real language, not the fake one made by social media and Hollywood.
“Every hypocrisy turns, sooner or later, into madness…”
No doubt that’s what we’re seeing in our mad world.
There’s a saying: ‘Those whom God wishes to destroy he first makes mad’.
Not sure if ‘mad’ in this sense means ‘angry’ or ‘insane’. I’m going with ‘insane’ based on the all the nonsense taking hold in our world.
People are becoming ideologically possessed. We can point out all the hypocrisy in the world; however, hypocrites are immoral and don’t care; and there is no punishment for them. They don’t care about Truth. Truth in all forms is being rejected or censored.
But we know better...
“No one in the world can change Truth. What we can do and should do is…
Love is patient, love is kind......... 1Corinthian 13:4-7
Father, your words show a keen understanding of the state we are in and what we must do to be true expressions of Gods love. or at least the best approximations of that love.
