Win or lose

There is an universal truth about the mountain. You win or lose fighting with them but on their own conditions. Each climber can say any exaggerated stories about climbing but when it comes to facing them all those stories are verified easily. It is like with our faith. We can talk how much we love God as much as we want, but the real life will verify it soon. Climbers do not like people telling stories and not be able to follow them.

Anyway, we made to the plateau before Regina Margaritha and then we had to turn back because some of us didn’t have more strength. Sometimes it is like that. We are a team and the weakest person is a limit what we can do.

I also got a message about a decision made by the Supreme Court about constitutional rights for abortion. Praise the Lord. There is no constitutional right to kill somebody. I like what Ronald Reagan said long time ago, that apparently all those that wants abortion are alive (or something like that).

Mountains are teaching us to respect life because one small mistake can end it so fast.

Anyway, last evening we moved from Italy to Switzerland. We are camping about 10km before Zermatt. Unfortunately the weather is not really working for us. It is raining and we have to stay in a tent. Little bit of misery helps us to appreciate all good things in our life.
